- Partial letter in the hand of Alice Stone in North Edgecomb, ME, to her husband, Robert "Bobby" Stone, dated August 19, 1921. In the letter, Alice updates her husband on her day, detailing her plan and trip to Boothbay Harbor and Bath, ME. She notes the morning was hindered by all the clocks being an hour fast due to Richard tinkering with them and not being sure they would make it to the boat because the car had to wait for two trains. Alice writes of the boat trip, some of the people they met, and that they got ice cream and toys for the children. The last pages of this letter are missing.
