- A resolution on the June 1 1950 insurance Agreement and Declaration of Trust that amends article one of the original Agreement to provide health insurance to all employees of member banks in the New Hampshire Bankers Association as long as that compensation does not exceed either twenty thousand dollars or one hundred and fifty percent of total compensation up to sixty thousand dollars. The document is signed by five trustees between September 21 and October 3, 1965, and is set to go into effect on February 5, 1965.
