- A resolution on the June 1 1950 insurance Agreement and Declaration of Trust that amends article eight of the original Agreement to provide health insurance to all employees of member banks in the New Hampshire Bankers Association. The document is signed by five trustees between August 20 and September 10, 1962 and is set to go into effect on June 5, 1962. An additional resolution of the same date amends article one to add that the Savings Banks Association of New Hampshire may also participate in the Fund.
