- A resolution on the June 1 1950 insurance Agreement and Declaration of Trust that amends section three of the original Agreement to place end dates on the service of the trustees. The document amends the conditions of inclusion in the insurance program to include any member bank of the New Hampshire Bankers Association who does not already have group life insurance (with the exception of the life insurance given by this insurance agreement) that would provide more than twenty-thousand dollars for any one employee. The document is signed by five trustees and is dated December 27, 1956.
