- Letter to Blanche from her mother Myrtie. She writes that it seems Blanche is having a more kindly term and that she must have had a delightful sleigh ride. She writes she has not recieved a bag Blanche has sent her and she wonders if Blanche has recieved the hankerchiefs she has sent her. They plan on having supper at the church that evening. She also mentions Mrs. Srgent is staying with Marry for a while due to her health and then she asks about Blanche's cold. She then discusses Myron for a little bit and of she has an update on the "scandal" she wrote about a few letters back. She concludes with a few questions such as did she get Dad's check and the bit she sent? While the letter is addressed to Dearie and signed Mother from context the processing archivist was able to deduce the letter was from Myrtie Nutting to Blanche Nutting while she was at the Castle School in Tarrytown NY.
