- Letter from Frank Dwinell to his Grimes cousins in Keene. Letter written from Glover, VT, July 23 ,1857. Dwinell apologizes for cancelling his plans, but lays out his reasons: his time would be too short, there is sickness in the family, his friends do not want him to go, and he needs to be in Boston the following Monday. He pleads that they do not lose all faith in him.
