- Letter from J. E. Dwinell in Glover, VT, to his cousin Mary dated October 4, 1852. In the letter, Dwinell notes he is unable to visit them due to the work he must do for his father while his father is representing the town and putting in pews at the Orthodox Church. He goes on to update them on the family and their health, noting Lyman is attending the Institute and Charles has just attended a lecture on astronomy.
