- Letter from Huntley N. Spaulding in Rochester, NH, to Chris A. Allen in Manchester, NH, dated January 28, 1941. In the letter, Spaulding notes the idea of a review committee is a good one and that he and Governor Blood have already discussed the possibility of doing this with one of their departments. He goes on to state he does not know how long it would take to establish a committee nor if it should have such a "wide scope" as Allen suggested.
