Meeting minutes for the New Hampshire Bankers Association Insurance Trust trustees meeting held at the offices of the Prudential Insurance Company in Boston, Massachusetts on May 15, 1968. The minutes include discussion on the recent cancelation of individual coverage and the lack of a dividend returned to the banks, which the trustees agreed to return. Th Trustees also approved the Treasurer's Report. The minutes also include discussions on benefits, new coverages, and the standing of the appointed broker. Attached are excerpts from previous minutes 'concerning refunds', a letter notifying member banks about the refund policy, and a letter from the Prudential Insurance Company to the Trustees reporting on insurance premiums and outlining their goals for the coming year.
