- Indenture between Mary Whipple of Kittery, ME, and Noah Rawlings (Rollins) allowing Rawlings to live and farm a parcel of her land in return for payment in one half of the produce and stock produced at the farm. The contract is signed by Mary Whipple and Noah Rawlings, as well as witnesses Elizabeth Lowell and Hannah Brackett and is dated April 6, 1778.
