- This collection consists of six Registrar's Memoranda receipt books granting permission for the removal of remains from 1904 to 1923. Each entry includes the name of the person granted permission, the name of the deceased, where the deceased is being moved to, which cemetery, the date they will be moved, the date of death, age at death, and date of the permit. The remains are primarily removed to Danbury, NH, and the surrounding towns of Andover, Franklin, and Wilmot, NH. Other towns include Westmoreland, Bristol, Grafton, Plymouth, Hill, Pembroke, and Alexandria, NH; Dedham, MA; and Brushton, NY.
