One volume includes a catalogue of photograph negatives of patients at the New Hampshire Asylum. The negatives are not included with the collection. Another volume in the collection is a record book of the meeting minutes of the New Hampshire State Hospital Building Committee dated 1905 through 1913. Annotations of the minutes are in the left margins of the book. The fifth volume in the collection is a case book dated June 1, 1847 to August 8, 1850.
