- Letter from John Wentworth in Chicago, IL, to Ephraim N. Hidden, dated August 6, 1860. In the letter, Wentworth notes he has found Hansen, but that he claims he was also the victim of Davis. He requests Hidden send the mortgage information as the lawyer of Hansen states it is all a misunderstanding. Wentworth notes they can only press charges within three years, which will expire next October.
