- Letter from Lieutenant D. Crawford of the 11th New Hampshire Regiment in Putney, VT, to Captain John W. Weeks, dated January 9, 1815. In the letter, Crawford notes he has returned from Rutland, VT, and that Captain Gordon has run out of funds. He goes on to state the recruiting service is not very good in the country and that he is anxious to hear from the regiment.
