New Hampshire Supreme Court case file #4573 Oscar Roy v. Gerard Roy, 1957. The documents in this file include the plaintiff's brief by Robert Shaw, Russell H. McGuirk, and Richard P. Dunfey and the brief by the respondent by Waldron, Boynton & Waldron and Richard E. Dill, both dated May Session, 1957. Both of these documents include notes, presumably by Frank R. Kenison, and state the case is an action for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff, who was a passenger in a car operated by the defendant when an accident occurred in Topsfield, MA, on November 30, 1940.
