Letter from Warren H. Greene, Jr. to Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, dated March 22, 1967. In the letter, Greene notes the New York City Bar Association has a program where younger lawyers assist the New York Legal Aid Society in criminal appeals. He discusses one case he assisted on, United States of America ex rel. Louis Roberts v. Hon. J. Edwin LaVallee, in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and inquires about Kenison's opinion on the ruling. Attached is a copy of the court opinion.
