- Letter from Chief Justice Thomas H. Roberts of the Rhode Island Supreme Court in Providence, RI, to Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, dated August 20, 1967. In the letter, Roberts notes he has enclosed a copy of the report of the survey of the Rhode Island court system, as requested. He notes he is also including a final report of the Governor's Task Force, which provides recommendations for the courts, and a copy of the proposed act.
