Letter from Nelson Lee Smith in New York, NY, to Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, dated December 29, 1958. In the letter, Smith notes he has enclosed an article on Dozier DeVane on the same subject as before and goes on to talk of how outrageous the airlines strike is. Attached is the U.S. News & World Report titled "Federal Judge Starts a Crusade" and a copy of a letter to Dozier DeVane from Smith, which states he enjoyed reading DeVane's article on the sins of the Supreme Court and will be sending a copy to Kenison.
