- Letter from Michael A. Musmanno of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in Pittsburgh, PA, to Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, dated November 6, 1957. In the letter, Musmanno states he has sent a copy of his opinion in the case of Parks v. Parks, as he used a lot of former Chief Justice Peaslee's opinion in the case Dunlap v. Dunlap to prepare it. He notes the work done by the New Hampshire Supreme Court has always impressed him.
