- Letter from Nathan Cayton, Assistant Chairman at the Deptartment of Justice in Washington, DC, to Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, dated July 12, 1957. In the letter, Cayton notes they have been studying files on the issue of court congestion and as such, have called for a meeting in October or November to discuss this issue. He provides a list of matters that they hope to have updated information about before their conference.
