Letter from B. Nathaniel Richter in Philadelphia, PA, to Frank R. Kenison in Concord, NH, dated October 11, 1954. In the letter, Richter states he has enclosed two letters he sent to United States Senators for New Hampshire and has started a movement on Kenison's behalf.
