Letter from John H. Wigmore at Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, IL, to Assistant Attorney General Frank R. Kenison in Concord, NH, dated January 2, 1941. In the letter, Wigmore states he cannot provide any further reference material than the two Kenison mentioned in his letter, but would provide suggestions on the case should Kenison send him the facts. He goes on to state he will look into the Dunklee v. Prior case in order to provide an opinion on Mr. Morgan's comments.
