- Letter from Frank R. Kenison to Robert A. Leflar at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, AK, dated June 19, 1969. In the letter, Kenison notes he was not involved in the New Hampshire Bar Association's initiative to appoint him to the United States Supreme Court, but thanks Leflar for his letter recommending him to the Deputy Attorney General of the United States. He goes on to discuss the advance reading lists for the Appellate Judges Seminars.
