- Series four contains a small amount of printed matter and ephemera from the Civil War era. Among these items are patriotic printed envelopes, speeches, a Lincoln eulogy, poems, etc. Of interest are two 1863 pamphlets that detail disciplinary actions taken by the army against named soldiers. Only one of these (November 1863) lists any New Hampshire men. There is also an 1850 satirical newspaper printed in Concord, NH, 'The Calathumpian.'
