- Account book in the hand of Edward Sturtevant of Concord, NH, which provides a list of cases to be presented in 1859, as well as payments, fees, and expenses made to witnesses and those on payroll. Court cases provide the name of the accused, the witnesses testifying, the charge, and the date of the offense. The cases include such charges as theft, breaking and entering, lascivious conduct, passing counterfeit money, and selling liquor.
