Hospital record book containing patient records for an unidentified hospital, possibly in Manchester, NH, with entries dating from 1899 to 1900. The entries are chronological and an index of patients is at the front. The entries include a variety of information, such as the patient name, date, patient age, treating doctor, address, marriage status, where they were born, their symptoms, and treatment. The book also lists payments, amount due if not paid in full, and who paid, such as a different person than the patient, the county, city, or the B&M [Boston and Maine] account. The Boston and Maine payments relate to workplace injuries. The entries also list when the patient was discharged or when they died.
