- The Dr. George Bowers Account Book consists includes some accounts kept by Dr. George Bowers of Hancock, N in 1847. The account book was subsequently used as a scrapbook and writing book. The beginning of the book contains glued newspaper articles, which are mostly printed stories, poems, and illustrations. There are also scribbles throughout the account book, where someone did some sketching and copying work.
