Photographic print of the Theobald House on the corner of South and Pleasant Streets, Concord, NH, dated 1893. A photocopy of the caption states, "A large bed of Cannas in side yard, in front yard was a large flower bed in the shape of a letter T planted with red Geraniums. When the property was surveyed in 1956, it was found that the original line of the lot on the Pleasant street side extended almost across the sidewalk, and on the South street side the fence was twelve inches into the street. The lot was laid out in the early eighties and the town was not very strict about such matters. In 1853 David Winkley, a tailor lived in this house. May 9, 1855 Winkley sold the house to John W. Little a dentist. George Theobald bought it in November 1892."
