- Charter dated January 23, 1907, in Boston from the International Brotherhood of Railroad Freight and Baggagement to create a local division called the Concord Division No. 98 of station employees at the Boston and Maine Railroad Company. The charter is signed by the general secretary and treasurer and the general president and includes names of members, however the ink is faded.
