- Charter certificate dated December 6, 1969, from the Ladies' Auxiliary chapter of the Veterans of World War I of the U.S.A. out of Washington, DC, certifying the Green Mountain Auxiliary chapter of New Hampshire. The charter lists names of members and is signed by the president of the organization, however the ink has faded and it is difficult to see.
