- The Stephen Dudley Account Book and Arithmetic Copybook, 1779-1817, contains two volumes. The first is the account book of Stephen Dudley, a sixteen page volume with entries dating from 1779 to 1799 primarily in Gilmantown, now Gilmanton, NH. The entries are not in chronological order and include entries on payment for days of work and accounts of agricultural products. The second volume is an arithmetic copybook by an anonymous author dated 1812 to 1817. Includes pages on multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction, as well as interest rates, federal money, English money, apothecaries weight, cloth measures, insurance, and stocks.
