- The Steamers "Chocorua" and "Lady of the Lake" Papers, 1865, contain two surveyor's certificates, one for each steamer, from William Bodge, surveyor at the port at Portsmouth, NH, which details the ships. Also included is a note from A. Wiggin, builder of the Steamer Chocorua, certifying its measurements and a note from W. A. Sanborn certifying the Stamer Ladey of the Lake was enrolled according to law, by that the certificate was lost by accident.
