- Letter from the Vice-Admiral at the Treasury Department, Office of the Light-House Board, in Washington, DC, to Mrs. Emily M. Wyman in Endicott City, MD, dated March 3, 1883. In the letter, the Vice-Admiral notes he has enclosed a copy of the Resolution adopted by the Light-House Board on December 4, 1882 and expresses their appreciation of the services of the late Chairman Rear Admiral Robert H. Wyman.
