Scope and Content:

Winter recreation map of New Hampshire for the 1993-1994 winter season. Includes information on winter sports, such as skiing and snowmobiling, as well as other tourist activities including sleigh rides, the White Mountain National Forest, museums, craft shops, performances, shopping, and hotels. Also included is information on alpine areas, cross-country areas, a mileage chart, snowmobile parking areas, information on signage, rest areas, and a notice from the Public Service of New Hampshire on illegal dumping. The map featuring trails, sled dog trails, waterways, highways, airports, fire lookout stations, picnic areas, colleges, covered bridges, ski areas, golf courses, state parks, etc. The map was produced by the New Hampshire Department of Resources and Economic Development and the New Hampshire Office of Travel and Tourism Development with photographs by Bob Grant and Bombardier, Inc.
