- Notification of a vote passed in the New Hampshire House of Representatives on June 2, 1791 regarding a committee consisting of Mr. Peirce, Mr. Foster, Mr. Betton, Mr. Smith, and Mr. Sheafe will wait upon Josiah Bartlett and present him with a certificate of his election to the office of Chief Magistrate of New Hampshire. The vote was passed in the senate on the same day and is signed by Nathaniel Peabody and Joseph Pearson.
