- Menu from the Governor's Luncheon on August 9, 1954. Those in attendance include Robert P. Bass, Huntley N. Spaulding, Styles Bridges, Francis P. Murphy, Robert O. Blood, Charles M. Dale, Sherman Adams, and Hugh Gregg. The food was catered by Roland Dionne of Ye Cocke and Kettle Motor Inn and the food and drinks supplied by Charles Green, Harold Mace, Nichols Poultry, Sam Lacava, Salem Depot, Edgerly Farms, and Badger Farms.
