- Letter from John M. Brodhead in Washington, DC, to John Wingate Weeks in Lancaster, NH, dated October 29, 1830. In the letter, Brodhead notes he has received a couple of applications to board members and inquires if Weeks will be returning to board for the rest of the session. He notes changes that have been made in regard to the purchase of firewood for the winter and goes on to discuss his family's health, stating his youngest child died the night before.
