- Letter from Josiah Bartlett in Philadelphia, PA, to Mary Bartlett dated Jule 27, 1778. In the letter, Josiah is thankful for receiving Mary's last letter and of hearing that Rhoda's health is much improved. He goes on to tell that the French Fleet has gone to Rhode Island.
