- Copy of Josiah Bartlett's will originally written on February 25, 1795 and signed by Josiah Bartlett, Jacob Webster, Thomas Elkins, Benjamin Sanborn, and Stephen Brown. The copy was created by Ezra Bartlett, Executor of Josiah's estate. The will lists the various items and property his children, grandchildren, and their heirs and declares Ezra Bartlett as executor of the will.
