- Letter from Meshech Weare in Hampton Falls, NH, to his son Lieutenant Nathan Weare in Col. Dearborn's Regiment dated May 1, 1782. In the letter, Meshech notes he has not written for the entire winter and mentions an enclosed letter, which he never sent, that informs Nathan of the death of his mother.
