- Letter from Samuel Hunt in Charlestown, NH, to Meshech Ware, President of New Hampshire, dated March 15, 1784. In the letter, Hunt notes he was appointed store keeper to receive and forward horses to the army in 1781. He states the money he was forwarded by the Committee of Safety was not enough to cover expenses and inquires about settling the extra receipts.
