- Mostly correspondence from Uphaus supporters regarding the 1959 incarceration of Dr. Willard Uphaus for contempt of court because of his refusal to produce a list of participants in the pacifistic "World Fellowship Center". Grant was the Superior Court Judge who heard the case. Clippings and printed material included in the collection, represent an integral part of the correspondence and is alluded to in same.
