New Hampshire Supreme Court case file #5319 Lucien Ramsey v. Irene C. Anctil d/b/a Melrose Grill, 1965-1966. The documents in this file include the defendant's brief by Devine, Millimet, McDonough, Stahl & Branch and the plaintiff's brief by Burns, Bryant & Hinchey and Rich & Burns. Both dated the 1965 Session, they also contain notes presumably from Frank R. Kenison and state the case is an action where the plaintiff seeks to recover damages for an injury on June 4, 1960, while intoxicated at the Melrose Grill, owned by the defendant. Also included is a letter from Robert E. Hinchey in Dover, NH, to George O.
