This portion of the file contains primarily correspondence as well as two documents from the Court of Appeals of Kentucky in the Helen Wessling v. Lenice C. Paris case dated June 30, 1967, including a Dissenting Opinion by Judge Montgomery and an Opinion of the Court by Chief Justice Williams, which were sent by Squire N. Williams, Jr. The correspondence to and from Frank R. Kenison is dated 1966 to 1967. Included is a letter from Thomas F.
