Letter from Mack M. Mussman in Littleton, NH, to Frank R. Kenison, Chief Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, dated December 6, 1967. In the letter, Mussman provides a timeline of events that have taken place during his time as attorney for Patricia Davis' case on whether she or her neighbor owns the "Haines Spring." He notes he has searched the letters she has requested be returned, but they have no record of them. In addition, he notes she has been informed of the result of the case and attached is a letter to Davis from Richard W. Mahan dated August 25, 1965 providing information on the results of their deed search.
