- Letter from J. H. Manningham, President of the Boston Law Book Co. in Boston, MA, to Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, dated November 2, 1967. In the letter, Manningham discusses the possibility of publishing a New Hampshire Reporter, which would provide copies of New Hampshire court opinions for the price of $27.50 per volume. He notes this has been done in other markets, including Maine and Massachusetts, and that while New Hampshire's market is substantially smaller, he believes it would still be feasible. Manningham inquires about Kenison's opinion on this publication.
