- Letter from Executive Secretary Richard D. Gerould of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in Boston, MA, to Chief Justice Frank R. Kenison of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, dated July 13, 1967. In the letter, Gerould notes the newly formed Massachusetts Judicial Conference is considering an intermediate appellate court. He inquires if Kenison could provide him with statistics of the full court opinion for 1966. Attached are excerpts of the Massachusetts court report for 1966.
