Desai, Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate of Pen (Kolaba District; Bombay) Maharashtra, India, dated July 12, 1967. In the letter, Kenison notes he is asking Glenn Winters to send materials to Desai on the United States Judicial system as Winters knows more on the subject than anyone else Kenison knows. Attached is a letter from Frank R. Kenison to Glenn Winters of the American Judicature Society in Chicago, IL, dated July 12, 1967. In the letter, Kenison states he would appreciate if Winters would send some materials to the judge.
