Letter from Frank R. Kenison to Miss Janet Scott, a student on the debate team at the Spring Branch High School in Houston, TX, dated April 19, 1967. In the letter, Kenison notes he doubts he can provide any additional information than what can be found at their local library, but goes on to give some thoughts on the uniformity of regulations concerning criminal investigation procedures for both sides of the issue. A note at the top of the letter states this letter was sent to all of the correspondents from this school, which also includes Donna Butts, Mark Smith, John Stiles, and Jean Brown.
