- Letter from Frank R. Kenison, Chief Justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court in Concord, NH, to the Editorial Department of Shepard's Citations in Colorado Springs, CO, dated September 15, 1964. In the letter, Kenison makes a suggestion that they increase the value of Shepard's New Hampshire Citations to the Bench and Bar of New Hampshire. He also suggests including more citations of New Hampshire cases as currently the citation of New Hampshire cases in law reviews are infrequent.
